What DueProper does

DueProper is a compliance tracking tool for UK private landlords. It will tell you which of 13+ legal obligations apply to each rental property, track completion with evidence, and send automated reminders before deadlines expire.

Who it's for

Private landlords in England and Wales who self-manage 1 to 10 properties. If you track gas safety certificates, EICRs, EPC ratings, deposit protection deadlines, and more across multiple properties — and worry about what you might be missing — DueProper is being built for you.

Why it exists

UK landlords juggle 13+ legal compliance obligations per property. Gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposit protection, right to rent, smoke alarms, legionella, HMO licensing — each with different rules, deadlines, and penalties. Most landlords track this in spreadsheets, calendars, or their heads. A single missed renewal can mean fines up to £30,000.

There's no simple tool that tells a landlord exactly which rules apply to their property and whether they're up to date. DueProper is built to fill that gap: compliance-first tracking that starts with "which laws apply to you?" and "prove you've complied."
