DueProper is a product of Crocker Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17008789). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect

We collect the following data:

• Waitlist signups: Your email address and the page you signed up from. This is stored securely and used only to notify you when DueProper launches.
• Analytics: We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track personal data. It records page views, referrers, and browser information in aggregate only.

How we use your data

• Email addresses: to send launch notifications and product updates only
• Analytics data: to understand which pages are visited and improve the site

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Waitlist data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure (EU/US). Analytics data is processed by GoatCounter (EU-hosted, no personal data collected).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. GoatCounter does not set cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed.

Data retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until the product launches and you either create an account or request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
